Shipping Policy
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once your order is dispatched.
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1000
- A standard shipping fee of ₹70 is applicable on orders below ₹99
Any additional delivery charges (like remote area surcharge) will be clearly mentioned at checkout.

- Delays caused by incorrect/incomplete shipping information
- Missed deliveries due to unavailability of the recipient
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts:
- Re-shipping charges may apply
- In certain cases, your order may be cancelled and refunded (shipping charges non-refundable)
At this time, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for any products listed on our website. All orders must be paid for in advance using one of the accepted digital payment methods.
