Return is Not Accepted In Cases Like:

- Incorrect product ordered by the customer
- Opened or used products
- Requests made after 24 hours of delivery
Return/Exchange May Be Accepted If:
- You received the wrong product
- The product is damaged or defective
- Parts or accessories are missing
To be eligible for a return or exchange in these cases:
- Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order
- Share a mandatory unboxing video showing the issue clearly
- Provide images and a detailed description of the issue
Note: All claims are subject to approval after verification by our team.
ToyToys.in follows a No Refund Policy, except in specific approved cases mentioned below.
Refunds Are Approved Only If:
- The product is unavailable or out of stock after payment
- The received item is damaged or defective and cannot be replaced
- The customer cancels the order before shipment
- ToyToys.in cancels the order from our end
Refund Process:
- Once approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
- You will be notified via email or SMS once the refund is initiated
Refunds Will Not Be Issued If:
- A claim is made without an unboxing video
- The product was damaged due to customer misuse
- The return request is raised after 24 hours of delivery
- The packaging is missing or tampered with
Order Cancellations by Customer:
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
- Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
