At ToyToys.in, we request you to go through these Terms & Conditions carefully to have a better understanding of our services and policies.
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ToyToys.in website and rental service. By accessing, browsing, or using the website, or by clicking the checkbox titled “I have read & accept the Terms and Conditions”, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
This is an ongoing contract between you and ToyToys.in. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, without prior notice. Continued use of the website indicates your acceptance of any changes.
A “Member” is any individual who registers with ToyToys.in by completing the sign-up process and paying the required fees.
All members must agree to and abide by the Terms & Conditions.
Fees and Charges
A non-refundable one-time registration fee of ₹100 is applicable for all new members.
A refundable security deposit must be paid separately for every rental order.
No interest is payable on the deposit.
The deposit will be refunded within 5–7 working days after toys are returned in satisfactory condition.
Deductions will apply in cases of damage, missing parts, excessive dirt, or late return.
Toy Rental & Usage Policy
All toys are rented for a fixed period of 15 days.
Toys must be returned or reissued after 15 days. Extensions are subject to availability and prior request.
ToyToys.in may terminate the membership and seize the security deposit.
Toys can be renewed for an additional period if not reserved by another member. Renewal is counted as a continuation of the rental period. Toys must be returned in clean, complete, and functional condition.
Members are responsible for the care of toys during the rental period.
Damage/Loss Charges:
– Repairable damage: Actual repair cost charged.
– Missing parts: Spare part cost charged.
– Beyond repair: Depreciated toy cost charged.
Loss or theft of the toy will result in full retail value (less depreciation) being charged.
Failure to settle charges within 7 days will result in membership termination and forfeiture of any amounts paid.
Home delivery and pickup are available. Delivery charges may apply.
Repeat visits for the same pickup/delivery will incur a ₹50 fee, payable to the delivery person.
For birthdays, school events, parties, or bulk rentals, please contact us directly for a custom quote and availability.

All toys must remain at the member’s address and cannot be exchanged with other ToyToys.in members.
Parents/guardians must supervise children during toy use.
Toy usage is strictly for its intended purpose.
Toys must be returned clean and free of visible dirt/debris.
No new rentals will be issued while products are overdue or payments/fines are pending.
ToyToys.in is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from toy use and is indemnified against third-party claims.
All toys returned will be inspected by the ToyToys.in delivery agent for damage or dirt.
Members must count the pieces at delivery. Any missing parts must be recorded with the delivery agent; otherwise, the member will be held responsible.
ToyToys.in retains full ownership of all toys.
Hygiene/safety concerns must be emailed to support@toytoys.in in writing.
Registration, rental fees, and deposits must be paid in full before rentals are processed. No part payments allowed.
No refunds will be provided for unused rental periods if membership is cancelled before end of rental.
Members must inform us about any change in address, email, or phone number via “My Account” or by emailing support@toytoys.in.
ToyToys.in reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership without notice.
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Thane courts only.
