Payments can be made in the form of debit and credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Rupay), net banking, BHIM UPI, NEFT, IMPS or via QR code.
For customized orders you can request an email or mailed pre-production paper proof before we start your print job. Production will not begin on your order until we receive an artwork approval from you.

It depends on what you are ordering. The typical production time for most custom printed products is 3-7 days depending upon the volume of your order. We offer rush service with shipping in as little as two days on many items. Digital photo shirts can be shipped next day. Please email or WhatsApp us for availability of this service.
Yes. You will receive an e-mail and WhatsApp confirmation for orders placed with us.

ARTWORK FAQ’s:
We accept many types of art files. The ideal file formats are: .cdr (CorelDraw), .ai, (Adobe Illustrator), .pdf (Adobe Acrobat), .psd (Adobe Photoshop), and PNG. Customer must make sure to send us a HD quality image for best printing results.

Yes, there will be an artwork charge. The charge is determined by the level of “touch-up” that your design will require. Basic touch-ups are done for free by our designing team, however a heavy designing work will incur charges and you can enquire about the same via WhatsApp on +917977004595.
No. Each design is treated (and priced) as a separate order. Each requires separate screens and press set ups.
GARMENT SIZES/COLORS FAQ:
Yes. We offer up to 4X on some of the garments that we offer. These are usually custom made as per client’s requirement and are usually not kept in ready stock. However, not all colors are available in these size shirts. Call or e-mail for availability.
Yes. You can mix the sizes any way that you need to complete your order. Keep in mind that the logo or design is made to fit the smallest garment so you may not want to add one size 2-4 when the balance of your order is adult sizes. You do not have to order in pre-set dozens per size. Order exactly what you need.
Yes, the price that you would pay for each garment is determined by the total number of shirts in your order. Every product will be charged separately as per its costing taking into consideration the print size, t-shirt size etc.
Yes. You can have different colours and art work printed on different shirts in an single order. Pricing depends on the size of the art work required for printing
PRINTING FAQ's:
As per the clients requirement, we undertake DTF printing, Screen Printing, Embroidery Printing and Vinyl Printing. All the products available on our website are printed via DTF technology for high density clarity and vibrant colours. For customized products each printing category has different pricing. No. The printed image on screen printed t-shirts is very durable and will hold up for a long time as they are directly printed onto the garment using plastisol ink. “Wash” tests that we’ve conducted in our shop also prove that the printing on “Photo” or “digitally imaged” t-shirts (which are transfers) is durable and holds up to many washings. Digital photo transfers are not as long lasting as screen printed shirts. Please note the Washing instructions that are packed with the digital transfer shirts and follow them for long lasting durable prints.

Our guarantee policy is very simple. If we make a mistake on your order or the product is materially defective, we will refund your money for the entire order or replace the product.
